Best Feature: bitter and spicy
Primator is a "spec" product available at a few private and government liquor stores around town. Available in 500 ml cans with red and gold colouring, this Czech lager has a very pleasant floral aroma. The pour created a decent head with a very nice deep yellow colour. This beer has a light body but at the same time is full of flavour. The carbonation level in the medium range so it is easy to drink. The finish is slightly bitter, hoppy and has spicy characteristics. Overall, Primator is very easy to drink and pairs well with a variety of foods, including lightly seasoned pork chops, baked chicken and peanuts!

Best Feature: light hoppy aroma
Primator Premium Lager is a wonderful lager brewed in the Czech Republic. This lager was a clear dark apple juice colour with a nice long lasting white head. The nose was a bit floral but understated. When I first tasted this beer I was expecting something fruity based on the nose, yet I was pleasantly surprised. The mouthfeel was light with light carbonation and a short bitter finish. I found this beer easy to drink and would highly recommend for a patio with some spicy tapas.
Interesting Fact: Primator has been brewed in the town of Náchod in the Czech Republic since 1873.
